The use of the correct knife in the kitchen guarantees perfect results when making a dish.

Pick the most frequently used for you, add a sharpener and you are good to go! However, there’s no point in investing in a piece that will just not fit within your hands, and if you have to kiss all the frogs in the knife section to find your prince charming, then you should. Try and experiment until you find all the pieces that make work comfortably and you’ll have a perfect meal every time.
