| The use of protection while handling food is not just for hygienic reasons. |

Training the staff to know how to talk with them is important too, because they all have to be capable of helping each other in case of any incidents, while they wait for qualified help to arrive. This goes too when it comes to cuts and bruises, they need to acquire first aid knowledge to help their coworkers when an incident occurs inside the work area.
