the most popular Mexican dishes, and why is that? The answer is simple, its
taste and history behind. An Enchilada is a corn tortilla rolled around, filled
and covered with different sauces; the best part is that you can choose any
filling you want or any sauce… that is up to you! Of course we have the
traditional enchiladas which have chili pepper sauce and beef.

Cocina Mexicana, we serve the enchiladas with shredded beef, shredded
chicken or cheese and of course the traditional sauces, salsa roja, verde and
mole poblano. We also cover them with Mexican cheese for that special touch.
Our customers like to order our special “Enchiladas
Suizas” which are covered with milk or cream-based sauce. We really
recommend you this dish and if you want a drink to go with this plate, we
recommend you the Traditional Margarita.
This Margarita has a citrus combination that will be refreshing and delicious,
